I have been told both knees need replacement, I have gone through all the knee injections for 4 years and since I have been taking the double strength turmeric /bioperine I have been in totally less pain than ever. I was told you need both knees replaced over and over. Since after taking this I have minimal pain in my knees and have been able to resume activities like never before. Ok. I absolutely did not believe all the positive reviews, but I ordered it anyway, and it sat around a few weeks because I was afraid to take it. I have fibromyalgia and my body hurts all the time. Also, I had pain in my hands and fingers and swelling in my ankles. This stuff is amazing.
I can walk without pain, my ankles are no longer swollen, and these changes occurred within less than a week for me. I am 72 years old and before taking this supplement, I could barely walk and I cannot believe the change. My hands and fingers have no pain at all and I can walk at a regular pace instead of saying..."go ahead, I'll be with you when I can". However, I have heard if you take blood thinners, check with your doctor before taking this product. I am on thyroid meds and antidepressants, nothing else.

I actually started using this product for my dog. He is older and my new holistic vet suggested using it to help with joint pain and inflammation. Within 2 weeks of being on this , I saw a visible reduction in the swelling of his ears. I decided that if it did that with him maybe I should try it also.
I have been using this product myself now for a little over a month with nice results. Usually my hips and knees hurt( from former use and abuse) anytime it gets moist and cool out or anytime I do a lot of extra walking . I will have to say that I have seen a huge reduction in discomfort and even some of the pain is just gone. My husband has just now started taking it and I'm hoping he too see the same results. Don't forget to add the coconut oil for he best results.
